Dear Sir,

Thanks for your enquiry. This is an ongoing project and by now 11 plots have been sold out and the work is going on. All the plots have been separated and the approach way has been made. The booking is going on and only few more plots are available.

The square feet rate is Rs.3,300/- and in addition the statutory charges comes to around 4.5 lacs and Registration around 1.5 lacs.
